Phoenician readies ballroom for Oct. 1 debut – Phoenix Business Journal. It is the centerpiece of $40 million dollar renovation.  This new ball room will allow the resort to accommodate larger concurrent gatherings at the same time of up to 2500 people; this ballroom is set to be first class and like no other in the valley.  The ballroom is going to be a 45,000 square foot multifunctional facility.  The Phoenician has long been sought after as setting the standard of luxury and excellence in the Valley and throughout the South West.
