‘Worst is over’ for housing, analyst says, as Aug. sales rise. Home sales grew 7.6% to a level of 4.13 million units according to a  NAR study that was released Thursday.  Economist think this is a good sign that home sales will slowly pick up next year.  According to Moody analyst Mark Zandi July was the bottom and “the worst is over.”
